Hello again from Tim's Ford Lake Country,

Reserves started Friday Feb, 25th, Today there are only a few reserves left.

The finalized plat is not available yet...it could be as late as next week that this plat is ready. I am attaching a revised plat.

You may want to think about reserving a lot or even a back up reserve. The price to reserve is $1,000. This allows you to choose a lot and wait for a final survey/final restrictions. You will then have until July 31, 2005 to decide to activate your reserve. The reserve is structured such that you can get a refund at any time before July 31st if for any reason you are not satisfied with the final layout of the subdivision. I welcome any questions you may have and invite you to come out and see Fanning Bend!
